Replacement Emergency Battery Pack

A replacement battery suitable for all Tornado light fittings that have been specified with an integral emergency pack.  

Please note that the exact specification of the battery pack will vary depending on the electronic components originally supplied.  Components used have changed over the years and also vary from fitting to fitting dependant on physical size constraints.

We offer replacement battery packs at a fixed price regardless of the exact specification of your existing battery.  After you have placed your order, please follow these steps:

1. Switch off all power to the light fitting you are replacing the battery on (including any maintained live).
2. Carefully unhook the plaster shell to reveal the gear tray  with electronic components mounted.
3. Take a photograph of this gear tray, so that we are able to recognise the layout originally used, and also a close-up photograph of any text written on the battery pack if visible.
4. Send these photos to [email protected] along with your name and/or order number.
5. We will examine the photographs and select a suitable replacement battery.  We'll get back in touch to confirm this and get your pack dispatched.
